Each week we enjoy bringing you up-to-date local and international news, along with the boats that we proudly represent from Absolute and Selene and a brokerage line-up that we sell here and around the world.

Hello Sailors!

Nothing like a good book, some warm sun and a drink to look forward to as we view winter around the corner. But wait. Notice how the 'good book' has gone missing - replaced by a Kindle. And notice that the I Pad or Tablet has replaced the Herald and even a magazine? The letter box is fast becoming superfluous to requirements along with a drop in magazine sales as we constantly turn to technology to entertain, keep in touch and be informed. Frame the aerogramme and put the fountain pen on display!

Much the same with boats really. Luckily, we sell brands that keep in touch with what buyers really want. So have a look at what we have in store for you via our website.

Boat of the Week

Selene 78 Ocean Explorer

The 78 is like the little sister to the 98 Ocean Explorer, offering the same great features but in a more compact size.

This yacht is the product of a global collaboration led by Howard Chen's design team. They worked closely with renowned Dutch architect Guido De Groot and a team of international consultants to create a modern take on the long-range yacht. They also leveraged Jet Tern Marine's top-notch construction quality and their reputation for innovation in the displacement yacht sector.

Absolute 48 Coupe: 1/3 Ownership

The Affordable Alternative to Boat Ownership!

Yachtfinders Global presents a smart solution for those who don't have enough time to fully enjoy their boat: Fractional Boat Ownership.

You can purchase a half, third, or quarter share in one of our luxury boats, allowing you shared use throughout the year. This means you only pay a fraction of the full price and ongoing costs yet still enjoy the boat as much as a sole owner. Yachtfinders Global ensures smooth sailing with a comprehensive contract.

This isn't timesharing; it's sharing the expense of ownership. Each owner actually owns the boat and uses it when it suits them. Why own 100% of a boat you use less than 25% of the time?

You can either get more boat for your money or spend less money for your boat.

If this sounds like a better fit for your lifestyle than conventional ownership, contact us today to learn more!

  • 12 x size 7 eggs room temperature
  • 500g raw sugar
  • 6 lemons - 3 zested & 3 juiced

Remove top sheet, and invert with bottom sheet attached into tin. Insert baking paper, cover with baking beans and back blind for 15”. Remove paper & beans, return to oven for 5" more to cook bottom, Brush inside of tart base with lightly beaten egg white to seal any holes. Pour in filling and bake for an hour until almost set in centre. Cool in tin for 30 mins. Cut portions, dust with castor sugar and caramelise with blow torch or under grill. True decadence and very easy to impress your guests with this one - not just your ordinary lemon tart.
